Flawless completely lived up to the hype and quickly became one of those books I couldn't stop thinking about.

From the very beginning, the chemistry between the main characters is impossible to ignore. Their banter feels natural, playful and genuinely entertaining, making every interaction a joy to read. Rather than relying solely on romance, Elsie Silver builds a relationship that develops through humour, tension and emotional vulnerability, making it incredibly satisfying to follow.

One of my favourite aspects of this book is the cast of characters. Every character feels well developed and adds something meaningful to the story, creating a small-town community that feels warm, lively and authentic. It's the kind of setting that makes you want to keep reading the series simply to spend more time with the people who live there.

The romance itself strikes a wonderful balance between heartfelt moments, emotional growth and undeniable attraction. While there are plenty of swoon-worthy scenes, the emotional connection between the characters is what truly makes the story stand out. Their journey feels believable, and I found myself completely invested in seeing them find their happily ever after.

Elsie Silver's writing is effortless to read, with a pace that keeps the story moving while allowing the emotional moments to land perfectly. I flew through this book because every chapter left me wanting just one more.

By the time I reached the final page, I knew this was going to be one of my favourite romance reads and couldn't wait to continue with the Chestnut Springs series.
